Telebasis was founded in 1994.

Telebasis focuses on real estate management. It owns premises of about 5,700 sq meters next door to the Gorky Film Studio and hence leases them out primarily to media business companies.

Many popular TV serials, video clips of the best Russian performers and a lot of commercials are shot in its studios.

In addition to shooting areas Telebasis offers for leasing tone studios, studios and control rooms for news broadcasting as well as office and warehouse space.
