Friday! channel launches international broadcasting
The television channel Friday! International began broadcasting in October 2017. The TV channel duplicates the broadcasting schedule of the main Friday! channel, with the exception of some programs. At the given moment, Friday! International is accessible to most viewers in the CIS countries, Baltic states and Israel through cable and satellite networks. Moreover, Friday! International provides broadcasting in Kazakhstan.
Valentina Kulikova, deputy general manager of Friday!, was appointed the editor-in-chief of Friday! International.
International Entertainment TV will handle the development and distribution of the television channel. It is a division of Gazprom-Media’s Entertainment TV group that is responsible for the distribution of RTV channels abroad.
