YARKO animation company expands international cooperation

YARKO animation company and Popok Animation (Armenia) signed an agreement on cooperation in the production of feature films. The event was held as part of the Moscow International Creative Industries Week organized by the Moscow Creative Industries Agency.

The documents were signed by Albina Mukhametzyanova, CEO of YARKO Animation Company, and Aghvan Khachatryan, General Producer of Popok Animation.

Aghvan Khachatryan, General Director of Armenian animation studio Popok Animation, thanked YARKO for its trust and noted that this partnership opens new perspectives for the exchange of ideas and creative concepts, as well as helping to develop the animation industry in both countries.

On the eve of the signing, a meeting with delegates of international media companies from China, Turkey, Iran, Indonesia, Armenia and Kazakhstan was held at the YARKO office. The guests were given a tour of the company’s office, as well as a presentation of YARKO’s animation projects, including the TV series Team MATCH, Drakoshiya, Shushumagia, Tikabo, Zhivoi garazh, Ulyotnaya dostavka, and the feature films Doktor Dinozavrov and Motomars. Bolshaya Gonka. The meeting’s participants discussed the distinguishing features of the Russian animation industry, production technologies, development prospects, as well as potential cooperation.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Turkish Radio & Television Corp. (Turkey), Resimli Film (Turkey), IOTA Kreatif Media (Indonesia), POIGRAY (China), Popok Animation (Armenia), Hunan Mgtv.com Interactive Entertainment Media Co., Ltd. (China), Joy Culture Media (China), Tartaria Animation (Kazakhstan), and Teamstudio.tv (Iran).
