The ceremony for the winners of the Promax Regional Award, which recognizes outstanding work in the fields of promotion, marketing and design, was held on December 8.
1-2-3 Production won gold in the Best Use of Talent nomination in the Movies Made for Theater category for its collaboration with American rock musician Mike Shinoda, beating Avengers: Endgame for the top prize.
Shinoda, one of the founders of Linkin Park, wrote a song with the ironic title “Fine” for the Russian blockbuster The Blackout (Avanpost). Russian directors Egor Baranov and Dmitri Komm filmed the music video in which the musician appears as a demiurge intent on destroying the world. As of today, the video has been viewed by almost 3.5 million people globally. It was filmed in Hollywood in the same studio as many iconic films, including the X-Men franchise, were made. The 1-2-3 Production VFX team worked on the music video’s computer graphics.
