The municipal stage of the nationwide Territoriya Smyslov (Territory of Meanings) youth education forum began in Sochi on December 7. Seventy people between the ages of 18 and 30 took part in the event, including university and college students, managers and experts in youth mass media, volunteer organizations, NGOs and activists.
Forum participants can attend open discussions with speakers from various fields over the five-day event. Gazprom Media was represented by its head of corporate social responsibility Evgeniya Podobreevskaya in the “Dialogue on Equal Ground” discussion, which was dedicated to socially oriented businesses. She gave examples of socially responsible campaigns integrated into TV broadcasts. Notably, this includes Vernuvshiesya (The Returned) on TV-3, which focuses on true stories of missing persons and helps find them, as well as NTV’s international singing show Ty Super! (You are Super!) for talented children who had been orphaned.
