Rafael Minasbekyan will be responsible for the development of film production and distribution, management of earned library of films and rights, as well as the management of 35 thematic channels, development of its content and distribution.

Rafael Minasbekyan has 25 years of experience in the media business. He is an author, producer and director of more than 200 television programs, documentaries, feature films, animated films and marketing campaigns. Before joining Gazprom media Minasbekyan was a member of the shareholders' council and headed the strategic development of business and communications department in Rosgosstrakh.
