An award ceremony for the winners of the 9th Mediabrand contest was held on September 13. The contest recognises the best projects in the fields of marketing, promotion and design among contemporary media. Match TV, TNT, NTV, TV-3 channels and the TV channels from Red Media won 46 awards, including 16 gold. As a result, Gazprom-Media Holding became the leader among other media holdings in terms of the number of awards it received at the annual Mediabrand event.
Match TV channel won six gold awards. TNT took five gold awards, with NTV and TV-3 picking up three and two gold awards, respectively.
Gazprom-Media Holding’s mainstream channels and Red Media’s “Natroy Kino” package channels received a total of 30 awards for second and third places. The channels were represented in the nominations “Best brand image promo video”, “Best online promo”, “Best editing”, “Best director”, “Best cinematography”, “Best event”, among others.
