The NTV channel will hold a memorial marathon from Brest Fortress on the day of the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. The marathon will begin on June 22, exactly at 4:00, with a live broadcast from Brest.

Viewers will see unique documentary footage - more than 4,000 seconds of original chronicles from the early days of the Great Patriotic War showing the unexpected enemy attack, the crossing of German military equipment across the USSR border, the first bombings of Soviet cities, the killings of civilians and the desperate resistance of Soviet soldiers. The marathon broadcast will last four hours.
