Match TV is launching a large-scale promotional campaign with the hashtag #znainashih (Know Our Own). The channel turned two years old on November 1. Athletes who took part in the new promo campaign include Evgenia Medvedeva, Denis Glushakov, Sergey Karjakin, Aleksey Volkov and Aleksey Voevoda.
Match TV started broadcasting on November 1, 2015. The slogan “Vse na Match!” (All to the Match!) appeared from the very first days of the TV channel’s existence. The faces of the promo campaign were Vic Wild, Alena Zavarzina, Evgeny Plushchenko, Elena Isinbayeva, Aleksandr Kerzhakov, Alina Kabaeva, Aleksandr Radulov, Anastasia Yankova, Tatiana Navka and Ilya Kovalchuk.
Now that the TV channel has turned two, it was decided to replace the slogan “Vse na Match” with the new slogan “Znai Nashih” The broadcast marketing department filmed a series of ID clips in support of the new slogan, featuring the top Russian athletes. The new faces of the TV channel are relatable to the audiences of different ages. Athletes of different generations represent the TV channel to correspond to each age segment of the channel’s TV audience.
Numerous athletes took part in the filming of the clips, dedicated to the channel’s second birthday, including the Olympic biathlon champion Aleksey Volkov, two-time world and European champion in figure skating Evgenia Medvedeva, chess grandmaster Sergey Karjakin, two-time Olympic bobsleigh champion Aleksey Voevoda, current Russian football champion and captain of Moscow Spartak Denis Glushakov. The list of athletes who featured in the IDs will be updated with more new champions to appear in the videos.
