Medical Volunteers, a country-wide public movement of healthcare volunteers, is celebrating its fifth anniversary on August 8. Gazprom-Media Holding congratulated the Medical Volunteers on the anniversary by gifting them 20,000 promo codes for the PREMIER video platform. The codes give them free access to popular television shows and series, as well as exclusive materials only available on the platform. The Medical Volunteers team currently counts more than 86,000 volunteers across 85 Russian regions. Four million people receive help and support from the organisation every year.
Gazprom-Media Holding began cooperating with the Medical Volunteers movement in 2020. The Holding’s companies took part in the #MYVMESTE (#WEARETOGETHER) campaign and gave large-scale informational support to a number of events, including Donor Day, Medical Workers’ Day and the Stop HIV/AIDS campaign. TV, radio and digital media gave broad coverage to the work of the Medical Volunteers in Russia. The informational support included news stories, feature reports, special videos as well as intellectual online games for volunteers.
